Up until now, tools for backup and archiving SharePoint content have required complex installations directly on the server, not to mention the time taken to acquaint the team with the software. In many cases, the necessary investment in terms of time and money has simply been too high.

BlueBridge Save2Disk attempts to address this problem by offering simple backup and archiving options to the user. Save2Disk is a .NET-based client tool, allowing you to copy SharePoint lists and libraries quickly and easily to a CD or network drive. This is great for archiving, backup and working with external partners - especially as you don't even need SharePoint or any other special software to open the exported documents!
